Live theater is special and unique. The experience cannot be recorded for playback at another time – except in your memory. You have to be there to see and experience it yourself. This is what Gantimpala Theater Foundation (GTF) has been giving the Filipino people for the past thirty-five (35) years! On its 35th year, it continues its glorious tradition of bringing theater that excites the intellect, stirs the heart, and electrifies the soul! It embarks on projects that are of national and global interests, it will continue to create and mount artistic undertakings that further advance its status as leader of the Filipino movement. Ito ang Gantimpala, ang perlas ng tanghalang Filipino! MUSIC BELOW ARE FROM GTF'S CHILDREN'S MUSICALS SERIES. LYRICS BY J. DENNIS TEODOSIO AND ORIGINAL MUSIC BY JESSE LUCAS. 1. "Pag-Ibig sa Unang Sulyap" sung by Noel Rayos and Aiza Marquez is from GTF's tagalog version of Sleeping Beauty. 2. "Lucinda" sung by Kakai Bautista also from Sleeping Beauty. 3. Actors wanted for comedy-drama IndieFilm.
Man A between ages 23 to 30 (LEAD ROLE: Must be good looking; will play 27 y.o. Character who is a real state agent, Sexual orientation (gay-closeted), fair complexion, may pagka chinito, 5'6” to 5'10”, toned.). There will be a bedscene, kissing and nudity with the same sex.
Man B between ages 50 to 65 (LEAD ROLE: will play 60-65 y.o. Character who is retired, fair complexion, stocky in built.). There will be a bedscene, kissing and nudity with a teenage girl.
Man C between ages 23 to 30 (LEAD ROLE: Must be good looking; will play 25 y.o. Character who is a driver, Sexual orientation (gay-out but straight acting), fair complexion, moreno, 5'6” to 5'10”, toned.). There will be a bedscene, kissing and nudity with the same sex.
Girl A between ages 18 to 28 (LEAD ROLE: Must be very beautiful and petite; will play 18 y.o. Character who is an escort who had a sex change operation, Sexual orientation (gay-transgender), fair complexion or morena, 5'4” to 5'10”.). There will be a bedscene, kissing and nudity with different men. Should be able to shed a tear on demand or instruction. Should be able to make the audience laugh and cry – a very demanding role.
